As a Lifeline Geelong Ambassador raising awareness about mental health, Nikki promotes positive change through her personal story, experience as a Lifeline crisis support worker and the journey of writing her book. A mum of two Sophie will be kindly sharing her incredible journey of building her business and inspiring other to embrace wellness practices that promote long-term wellbeing.
